Main Components

Power System

• Vertical three‑phase asynchronous motor for power input
• Axial piston high‑pressure pump (green with adjusting knob). Direct flange‑mounted to motor for high transmission efficiency, adjustable output pressure for large‑tonnage equipment.

Oil Tank Carbon‑steel welded tank with internal baffles for oil storage, impurity settling and heat stabilization.

Cooling System Two shell‑and‑tube water‑cooled heat exchangers. External circulating water dissipates heat for long‑time continuous operation, preventing overheating and seal failure.

Piping & Valves High‑pressure steel‑wire hoses and brass ferrule fittings. Integrated valve manifold on tank top connects external cylinders for extend‑retract actions.
