Push‑pull Frame‑type Mobile Hydraulic Power Unit
Overall Structure
This unit is a mobile hydraulic power station with manual directional control. It is custom‑fitted with an inclined push‑pull frame and swivel casters for easier transportation than standard trolley‑type HPUs, ideal for frequent relocation within workshops.
Main Components
Power System
Vertical three‑phase motor paired with a medium‑high pressure gear pump. Simple construction with low failure rate. A side‑mounted power switch box enables local start‑stop operation.
Pressure Control & Operating Components
- Red manual relief valve: adjusts maximum system pressure and provides overload protection.
- Pressure gauge: monitors real‑time output oil pressure for precise cylinder thrust control.
- Vertical manual directional valve (red ball‑type handle): manually controls cylinder extension, retraction and neutral pressure‑holding. No external electric control required.
Frame & Oil Tank
Thickened integrated tank serves as hydraulic oil reservoir while supporting all components. Front integrated inclined push‑pull handle allows easy pushing without bending down. Four bottom swivel casters ensure flexible movement inside workshops. Filler‑breather cap on top for oil filling and tank pressure balancing.
Performance & Applications👍
- Rated working pressure: 25‑31.5 MPa, compatible with 80‑200‑ton hydraulic cylinders.
- Application scenarios: I‑beam straightening, steel forming, bearing assembly & disassembly, small log‑splitting equipment, temporary on‑site hydraulic work, maintenance pressing operations.
- Advantages: Labor‑saving pushing‑pull design, flexible steering, fully integrated unit. Ready for operation once high‑pressure hoses are connected. Manual‑valve control supports standby operation during power cuts.
Operating Notes⚠️
- Fill with 46# anti‑wear hydraulic oil. Optimal oil level: 4/5 of tank capacity.
- Pressure adjustment: Turn relief valve clockwise to raise pressure; counter‑clockwise to reduce pressure. Do not adjust directly to extreme pressure.
- Casters have limited load capacity. Avoid dragging or impact lifting. Use hoisting for long‑distance transport.
- For heavy‑duty continuous work, install an air‑cooling fan to prevent pressure loss caused by excessive oil temperature.
